Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a ground-based martial art that relies on joint locks, chokeholds and positional control – not on strength or body size. Anyone who learns to utilise the mechanics can train effectively, regardless of their build. This makes BJJ a martial art that truly works for everyone.
We train with a particular focus on physical contact, language and individual needs.
