Thank you for your interest in our sport. Here you can find all the important information about our teams and training times. Rainbow Sport currently has five teams at different levels, which demonstrate their skills in the Zurich Regional Championship, Zurich Championship, Queer Volleyball League (Europe) and at numerous national and international tournaments.
The five volleyball training sessions
Rainbow Sport 1 currently plays in the 3rd regional league of the Swiss Volleyball Association (SwissVolley) in the canton of Zurich. Rainbow Sport starts with two teams in the “Zürimeisterschaft” (one team in the 1st division and the other in the 2nd division). Teams 4 and 5 focus on fun and games. - Technically clean playing style
- Mastery of the runner system and various tactical variations (5:1)
- Advanced volleyball technique required

Thursday 8 – 9.45 pm
Schulhaus Im Herrlig, Badenerstrasse 724, 8048 Zürich
- Mastery of the most important basic techniques
- Knowledge of simple runner system (6:2)
- Intermediate volleyball technique required

Wednesday 8 – 9.45 pm

- Mastery of the most important basic techniques
- Knowledge of simple runner system (6:2)

- Interest in getting to know the sport
- Motivation to acquire volleyball technique
- Suitable for beginners

Thursday 8 – 10 pm

- The focus is on fun
