Pilates is a particularly effective but gentle workout for body and mind. Individual muscles or muscle groups are specifically activated, relaxed or stretched. The focus is on the quality of the training and breathing is coordinated with the movement sequences:

Pilates double lesson CHF 700 / year (plus basic membership)
Pilates single lesson CHF 450 / year (plus basic membership)
Pilates online lesson CHF 350 / year (plus basic membership)
Our Training
- Comfortable sportswear is an advantage. We train barefoot or in socks.
- Mats and equipment are available in the studio. If you prefer to train on your own mat, you can of course bring it with you.
