Runners, joggers and racers meet here – whether to prepare for a race together, to improve their own speed and endurance or simply to stay in shape. The running group, also known as Zürich Frontrunners, offers the opportunity to run together at your own pace, but also offers regular coaching sessions to help you optimize your running technique.
Our Tuesday training is alternately accompanied by 3 trainers. Each of them has developed a specific training plan to help us achieve our running goals. One of the most important milestones of our running goals is also the successful participation and completion of some of the many running events such as Zurich Marathon, SOLA, EuroGames etc.

Whether you are a first-time jogger or already have a few marathons under your belt, everyone is welcome to train. All you need for the training is running shoes and clothing suitable for the weather. The meeting point will be announced when you register. Checkrooms and showers are available.
